Mission
The Mountain
States Hydrogen Business Council (MSHBC) is a 501 (c) 6 non
profit trade association representing a diverse membership
of industry, academic, and government leaders whose aim is
to build a business base for hydrogen energy in the mountain
states of the US west. The MSHBC
exists to promote the business interests of its members,
facilitate joint efforts and to advocate for state and
regional legislative activities that remove or mitigate
barriers to the commercialization of hydrogen energy.
Goals:

Conduct an annual conference in the region.

Provide a forum for our members; encourage partnerships.

Emphasize the broad and inclusive nature of the
impending hydrogen economy, and the vast potential for
opportunity in countless areas of commercial endeavor:
renewable energy, sustainable energy, natural gas and
zero emission

Be a catalyst for hydrogen business expansion; to
identify points of entry and assist members in reaching
them; to pursue the ultimate goal of a clean hydrogen
economy for the region.

Help shape public policy for the fast, efficient and
sensible deployment of a hydrogen infrastructure.

The MSHBC is
lead by a responsible and responsive Board of Directors who
listens to their membership. Our charter is to work toward
the success of our members, the implementation of hydrogen
energy in the mountain states region and the realization of a hydrogen
economy.
